How to enter: Simply collect your Paddington in Peru sticker book at a participating pub, then collect a sticker when you order a qualifying menu item or attend a qualifying pub event. Collect 6 stickers, including a sticker bearing a qualifying code, to enter the prize draw online to win one of ten Paddington in Peru merchandise bundles. All valid entries will be entered into the prize draw and will also receive a voucher for a free kid’s meal during your next visit with purchase of an adult main (T&C apply)*.

All items in the bundle – Paddington talking toy, bucket hat (adult), bucket hat (kids), fridge magnet frame, kid’s t-shirt, activity set, luggage tag, pencils, water bottle, tote bag and a sticker sheet. The Promoter
1. The Promoter is Marston's PLC (company number 00031461) with its registered office at Marston’s House, St Johns House, St Johns Square, Wolverhampton WV2 4BH (the "Promoter").
2. This promotion is run in conjunction with Studio Canal.
Entry Requirements
3. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland), except for employees/directors of the Promoter, such employees/directors’ immediate families/households or anyone else professionally involved with this promotion.
4. Entrants under 18 years must have the consent of a parent or guardian over 18 years to enter competitions / prize draws
5. This is an in-pub promotion however internet access is required to submit your entry. To enter, prospective entrants find their local participating Marston’s competition page at www.marstonspubs.co.uk/paddington-competition and register their details on the pub’s competition landing page (the "Website").
6. To enter: Request your Paddington in Peru sticker book from one of our team members at a participating pub (“Sticker Book”). Entrants must complete their Sticker Book by collecting Paddington in Peru promotional stickers (“Sticker”) and submitting any entry code on the Website. Stickers will be provided by the team member at the participating pub. The collection and entry process is as follows:
- Entrants will obtain a Sticker on the purchase of a qualifying menu item or participation in a qualifying event (both “Qualifying Items”). One Qualifying Item will result in the entrant being awarded one Sticker.
- The Qualifying Items are: (a) purchase of: Sticky Marmalade Chicken Wings, Peru-fect Chicken Strips, Picnic Platter, Crispy Chicken Dippers, Chocolate Orange Jelly Sundae, Blue Bear-y Pancakes or Marmalade Sandwich from the Paddington Inspired Kid’s Menu, (b) completion of the Paddington in Peru activity sheet on the back of the kid’s menu, (c) attendance at a Kid’s Picnic on Saturday 22nd February or Saturday 1st March at participating pubs, (d) attendance at a Kid’s Disco on Saturday 22nd March or Saturday 29th March at participating pubs.
- Entrants must collect 6 Stickers and add them to their Sticker Book.
- When claiming the 6th Sticker, the entrant must present their Sticker Book to a team member at the participating pub who will provide the entrant with a Sticker bearing a 4-digit qualifying code (“Qualifying Code”).
- Once entrants have collected 6 Stickers (including a Sticker bearing a Qualifying Code) they must log on to the Website and to enter their details and the Qualifying Code to be entered into the prize draw.
7. Each Qualifying Code may only be used for one entry. Once an entry has been made, the Qualifying Code relating to that entry may not be used for any other entry.
8. Please make sure the Qualifying Code is kept private without being revealed to anyone else (other than to the Promoter as part of a prescribed process for an entry, registration or prize-claim in accordance with these terms and conditions). Failure to do this may result in the Promoter determining (in its discretion) that the entry is void (and the Promoter may take this action irrespective of whether or not there is any evidence to suggest that the failure has resulted or will result in a wrongful prize claim or other action).
9. The Promotor has produced a total volume of Stickers across all types of Qualifying Items which it considers reasonably likely to satisfy estimated demand for Stickers during the promotion period.
10. Entrants must not use a false name or email or provide any false information when registering for use of the Website / the promotion. Entrants shall not share or disclose their login details or password to any third party. The Promoter may refuse, remove, or suspend registration at any time.
11. There is no purchase necessary.
12. Entrants may only enter the promotion via the Website and entries by email, post or facsimile will not be acceptable.
13. Any entries which have been submitted using scripts, automated systems, collaborative practices or via a third party for commercial gain will be deemed invalid.
14. Entrants may only enter the promotion, for personal non-commercial use only.
The Prizes

16. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash equivalent is available
17. Whilst the Promoter will make every effort to honour the advertised prize(s), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any prize with an alternative of a similar value if circumstances dictate this. The Prize will be supplied by Studio Canal
Prize draw Winners
18. After the closing date, or on the date specified, prizes draw winner(s) will be selected at random from all complete, eligible and properly submitted entries received.
19. The winner(s) will be notified by email by 30th April 2025 with details on how to claim the prize.
Free Gift
20. In addition, each valid entry will receive a voucher for one free kids meal with purchase of an adult main meal during your next visit (see voucher for applicable terms and conditions).
21. You will receive your voucher via email once you have submitted a valid entry.

22. Your privacy is important to us. We will only process the personal data you provide in connection with this promotion to administer your entry and/or as otherwise required by law. 23. In accordance with the current guidelines that govern promotions in the UK, if you are a main prize winner, we may publish, or make available on request, information that confirms an award took place – that is your surname, county and, if applicable, the entry itself. You have the right to object, or to ask for less information to be made available. 24. If you are a main prize winner, we may wish to use your personal data to announce the winner and for reasonable promotional purposes connected to the promotion. Again, if you wish to object, please contact the data team.
Limits on the Promoter's responsibilities and Indemnities
25. Winners agree to be fully responsible for any personal or incidental expenses and/or tax liabilities incurred in claiming and using the prizes. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or injury resulting from entry into the promotion or a winner's acceptance and/or use of the prize.
26. Winners will be notified using the contact details they submitted on the Website. The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact the winning entrants to arrange for the delivery of the prize, but if there is no response within 14 days, or the contact details are invalid, the Promoter reserves the right to (randomly) re-allocate the prize without liability to the first winner.
27. The Promoter will not be responsible for losses, failures or delays relating to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including (but not limited to) acts of God, war, strikes, disputes, third party website or platforms (including social media) not in its direct control or the acts or defaults of any supplier of the prizes.
28. The Promoter will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury to an entrant that is not reasonably foreseeable. The Promoter's responsibility for any damage, loss or injury to an entrant under these terms and conditions or otherwise in connection with the promotion shall be limited to the value of the prize won by the entrant.
29. The Promoter will not be responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit entrants' ability to participate in the promotion. The Promoter does not guarantee that the Website will be operational on any specific device or system or that it will be error free or available all the time.
30. The Promoter will be liable for any death or personal injury arising from its negligence. Nothing in these terms and conditions will exclude that liability or any other liability, which it is not lawful to exclude.
31. Each entrant will indemnify (and will keep indemnified) the Promoter and its affiliates against all costs, claims, losses, damages, expenses (including legal expenses) or other liability arising as a result of a breach of these terms and conditions, negligence or any other action which imposes an unreasonable burden on the Website including (but not limited to) the use of software robots.
General
32. By entering, entrants agree to these terms and conditions together with the other polices on the Website, including the terms of use.
33. All winning entrants agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter without recompense.
34. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
35. Subject to clause 28, the name and county of the main prize winners can be obtained for up to 6 months following the closing date by sending a self-addressed envelope to the Promoter’s address set out above citing the name of the promotion.
36. The Promoter reserves the right to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants who the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing are in breach of these conditions.
37. The Website may contain links to other websites, including those belonging to the Promoter's partners. These links are provided for convenience and are not under the control of the Promoter and as such we make no warranty, either expressed or implied, concerning the content of such sites including claims of infringement or that such sites are devoid of viruses or error free.
38. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without liability to any entrants for doing so. Please check these terms and conditions regularly as any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Website.
39. The rights and remedies of the Promoter under these terms and conditions are without prejudice to its rights under the law. These terms and conditions shall not create any rights or benefits enforceable by any third party by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
40. These terms and conditions are made under English law. Any dispute or claim that an entrant or the Promoter brings in relation to or in connection with these terms and conditions or the promotion will be decided on the basis of English law by the English courts alone.
