Instant Win: Either: (1) Scan the QR code in a participating Marston’s Pub, (2) click on the promotional banner on completion of your order via our Order and Pay platform or (3) following the link in a promotional email (links provided in promotional emails are valid for a limited time only and will expire after the period stated in the email. Once expired, the link will no longer provide access to the Promotion), complete the online form to provide your details (full name, age, mobile telephone number, email address and the pub you are playing in) and correctly answer all 6 questions to find out instantly what Instant Win Prize you have won.
b. Main Prize Draw: Upon submitting your answers to the 6 questions, all entrants will be automatically entered into the Final Prize Draw to win £10,000 (“Main Prize”).

9. Further Instant Win Prize Details and Conditions:
a. All food and drink items, vouchers and coupons:
i. All vouchers and coupons are valid for the stated item only. All items are subject to availability at each pub
ii. Vouchers and coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
iii. If the stated item is not available at that pub, no alternative will be provided.
iv. Winners will receive a unique winning code which they must show at the time of ordering to receive their relevant item.
v. A confirmation email containing the unique winning code will be sent to the winner via email immediately. The voucher or coupon including the unique winning code associated with the Instant Win Prize will become valid from the time the confirmation email is issued. The voucher code will be sent to the email address used on entry.
vi. Food vouchers and coupons can only be redeemed at pubs serving Food Prizes & Offers. Use our pub finder at https://www.marstonspubs.co.uk/win-a-wedge/ to check where your voucher or coupon may be redeemed.
vii. The manager’s discretion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
viii. All vouchers/coupons will expire on 8th March 2026. The winner will not receive any compensation if the full voucher/coupon amount is not used by this date.
ix. All vouchers and coupons can only be used once.
x. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, stolen or fraudulently used vouchers.
xi. If you have any questions about qualifying items, or if you have any food intolerances or allergies, please ask a member of staff before ordering.
b. Alcoholic vouchers and coupons:
i. It is not the intention of this promotion in any way to encourage people to consume excessive amounts of alcohol. The Promoter encourages responsible drinking. For more information visit www.drinkaware.co.uk.
ii. Venues reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to those who are intoxicated. The Manager’s decision is final. In this event, you will not receive a refund of your voucher or coupon.
c. Coupons:
i. All 2 for 1 coupons winners will receive one free item (as stated on their coupon) when purchasing one of the same item in a single transaction.
ii. For 2 for 1 on selected mains coupon, this excludes starters, sharers, light bites, jacket potatoes, sandwiches, puddings, children’s meals or any other item that is not a main meal.
iii. All 40% off coupons are valid off main meals ordered in a single transaction. Exclusions apply: this coupon cannot be redeemed against starters, sharers, light bites, jacket potatoes, sandwiches, puddings, children’s meals or any other item that is not a main meal.

10. Main Prize: a single cash prize of £10,000 (ten thousand pounds)
11. Instant Win Winner Selection: During the Promotion Period an algorithm process will determine at random which Instant Win Prize will be allocated. All Instant Win Prizes are available to be won.
12. Instant Win Winner Notification: Winning entrants will be instantly notified on screen whether or not they are a winner, and what Instant Win Prize they have won. A confirmation email containing the winning code will be sent to the winner. The voucher or coupon including the winning code associated with the Instant Win Prize will become valid from the time the confirmation email is issued.
13. Main Prize Draw Winner Selection: on or after the 8th February 2026, 1 provisional Main Prize Draw winner (“Provisional Winner”) will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will be conducted by an independent party. (“Winner Selection”).
14. Main Prize Draw Winner Notification: the Provisional Winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Provisional Winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the Provisional Winner will be confirmed as a winner. If the Provisional Winner does not respond to the initial contact within 7 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Main Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
15. Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of the Final Prize is confirmed and the Final Prize is accepted, notification to arrange fulfilment of the Final Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Final Prize. In the unlikely event that the winner has not received notification to arrange their Final Prize within this timeframe, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing help@winawedgewithmartstons.com within a further 28 days. If the winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Final Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
16. The Main Prize will be paid by bank transfer to a UK bank account in the name of the winner only. No alternative prize will be offered. The Main Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. The winner is responsible for providing accurate bank details and any information reasonably required to facilitate payment. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any delay or failure in payment due to incorrect details provided by the winner. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold or withdraw the Main Prize if the winner is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions or is ineligible to participate. The winner is solely responsible for any personal tax liability arising from acceptance of the Main Prize.
17. Provided no objection is received from the winner, the surname, county of residence of the winner of the Final Prize and the pub name where the winner entered the Promotion will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available by sending a request via email to help@winawedgewithmartstons.com. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
18. The Promoter may invite winners of Prizes (including the Final Prize) to participate in publicity related to the Promotion (such as photographs, interviews, or social media content). Participation is voluntary and will require the winner’s consent. The Promoter will not use winners’ images or personal details for publicity without consent
19. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
20. Winners agree to be fully responsible for any personal or incidental expenses and/or tax liabilities incurred in claiming or using the Prizes.
21. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Martson’s app, the Order and Pay web browser or any relevant webpage.
22. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
23. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
24. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Entrants may opt in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter upon entry to the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. 25. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
26. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
27. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
28. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
